Parent’s most valued treasure are their kids. A job that they cannot delegate is ensuring their child’s security, happiness, and success. Take charge in providing good nutrition to your child; each them to maintain a clean and healthy living; put them on the right track. Here are some tips to raise happy and healthy children.
-Give yourself adequate minerals, vitamins and supplements during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
-Breast-feeding from birth until two years old is best for a baby. It is also important for the infant to have regular checkups, immunizations and healthy examinations.
-Introduce a proper diet to your children. Emphasize healthy eating in adulthood but don’t overfeed them to avoid obesity in the future.
-Accident-proof your home. Safety measures should be implemented and emphasize accident prevention.
-Be a good role model. Encourage them by eating a well-balanced diet and getting regular exercise to show how important a good physical and mental health is.
-Give the best education. Teach them good values and morals like respecting elders, and give your utmost love/care.
-Be a best friend to your children. Take good care of them and give them support. Be a good companion, someone who they can communicate with, and listen to them.
