When children start to explore

Recently I have noticed an abundant number of queries from random people regarding masturbation - more specifically - relating to children. The most common question of all is “How do I stop this?” which I do find rather unsurprising since the act is probably branded taboo for children but not so much for adults. Okay… to be fair, it is considered a taboo for all ages, but emphasised more heavily on the younger ones. So why is it so bad for children to masturbate? The answer is well, it’s not. Children masturbating is not necessarily a negative thing - it lies more heavily on the reactions of the adults who condemn it, but from a scientific and (hopefully) more rational point of view it is only part of growing up. Before going further, I have to say that “masturbating” is a very misleading word when applied to children, but I use it anyway to prevent an increased level of confusion later on. So before we set out to find a “cure” for this condition, let’s just explore some ideas that relate to this issue. (more…)

From the average dress size in the UK being a 12 in 1960, we can understand how the calorific foods today have bumped that average up to a size 16. Girls and women are enjoying their food more than ever and are happy with their curvacious figures; or so we would think. (more…)
